Managing Director - CANDEAN at Acino
Richard joined Acino in 2016 and currently serving as Managing Director for the Central America, Caribbean, and Ecuador region. He has held pivotal leadership roles, including Business Development Director, Marketing Director and Commercial Alliance Head for Latin America. Before his tenure at Acino, Richard accumulated valuable experience in leading global brands, working in key roles at Sanofi and Unilever. At Sanofi, he was Group Marketing Manager, where he managed a portfolio of OTC brands and achieved remarkable sales growth. He also developed and executed brand strategies that positioned the company among the top players in the Venezuelan OTC market. At Unilever, Richard held various positions, including Customer Marketing Manager and Key Account Executive, where he developed category plans and strategies, driving significant distribution and sales growth.
