Rogelio joined M8 in 2015, with over 19 years of wide-ranging domestic and international experience at pharmaceutical companies with significant operation scale. He honed his expertise in the Latin American industry during nine years at UCB, a multinational biopharmaceutical company focused on neurological and immune system diseases, culminating in a position as Director of Finance Business Partner LatAm Operations. Before UCB, Rogelio held various progressive finance positions at Teva, IVAX Pharmaceuticals, and Revlon, where he started his career. He holds a BA in Accounting from the Technological University of Mexico (UNITEC).
