Vanessa joined M8 in January 2023 and has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources in diverse industries such as financial, retail, beverage, food industry, insurance and organizational consulting, in companies like El Palacio de Hierro, Heineken, HayGroup, Royal & SunAlliance, Fianzas Monterrey, among other corporations. Vanessa holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Central Queensland University a Diploma in Human Resources from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a Bachelor Degree in Management. Her areas of expertise include leadership, people strategy, executive coaching, organizational culture, succession, performance, career development, talent attraction, organizational development, as well as organizational design and compensation & benefits.
